The Local Growth System is a managed AI and automation service built for local businesses. It includes a professionally built website, an AI assistant that handles inquiries and bookings, and systems for managing reviews, follow-ups, and customer communication, with ongoing care and monthly monitoring included. Yes, and it is one of the most important things we do. Every plan includes a Smart Website that gives Google a strong local signal for your business. Our review automation then works continuously to earn you more 5-star reviews, one of the most powerful signals Google uses to determine your local search ranking and visibility in Google Maps. At the Premium level, we also actively manage your Google Business Profile, the single most direct lever for local search rankings. The result: more people find you when they search for what you offer in your area.
What's included depends on your plan. Essential ($149/month) includes a professional website with AI website chat and core automations including online booking, missed-call text-back, and automated review requests. It does not include the AI Reputation Agent or AI Receptionist Agent. Pro ($299/month) adds the AI Reputation Agent, AI-powered text conversations, past-customer reactivation campaigns, and a monthly performance report. Premium ($749/month) adds the AI Receptionist Agent, Google Business Profile management, a monthly customer newsletter, and a monthly 30-minute strategy call. The AI Customer Support Agent, AI Content Agent, AI Sales Booking Agent, and AI Sales Closing Agent are available standalone or as paid monthly add-ons to any Growth System. Your website assistant answers common questions, collects contact details, and helps customers take the next step toward booking, ordering, or contacting you. You can choose text chat, browser voice, or both. It identifies itself as AI and works within your approved information. It answers routine questions and gathers information, then hands off when a person needs to help. It does not independently complete transactions unless that exact action is set up and tested.
The AI Receptionist Agent is included in Premium ($749/month). It is not included in Essential or Pro.
For founding pilot customers, AI phone assistance is available as part of the pilot scope. During the free month, there are no charges of any kind. After the free month, the base rate is $99/month. AI usage, including phone calls handled, messages sent, and email delivery, is billed by volume based on actual use. Expected usage costs are disclosed before the project starts.
Standard monthly plans: Essential: $149/month, $497 one-time setup. Pro: $299/month, $897 one-time setup. Premium: $749/month, $1,297 one-time setup. An annual option is available for all plans, pay for 10 months and receive 12. You save two months of cost per year. The founding pilot offers one free month followed by a $99/month base rate, with setup and onboarding included. AI usage charges, for phone calls handled, messages sent, and email delivery, may apply after the free month based on volume and are explained before the project starts. Yes. All standard plans are available annually. Pay for 10 months and receive 12, two months free. Essential: $1,490/year (save $298). Pro: $2,990/year (save $598). Premium: $7,490/year (save $1,498). Mention your interest in annual billing during or after your first conversation with us.
Your customer data, including contact records, conversation history, and information collected through your systems, is yours. You can request an export at any time. The website, AI tools, automations, and workflows Carolina AI Lab builds for you are part of the service and remain with Carolina AI Lab.
Your proposal confirms the schedule. Timing depends on content, access, approvals, and any required messaging registration.
Monthly care includes continued checks, minor updates, assistant-information maintenance, an activity summary, and practical support. Existing customers can email andrew@carolinaailab.com to request help, updates, or additional features.
No. Setup, training, and ongoing support are all delivered remotely, so you do not need to be in North Carolina or South Carolina to work with us. We serve small businesses across the Carolinas and nationwide, at a pace your business can handle.

In most cases, yes, but we assess compatibility before committing. During our initial conversation, we will ask about the tools you are already using and tell you what is possible, what may need adjustment, and what would require a separate conversation. We won't promise a specific integration without checking first.
The Local Growth System is our defined starting bundle. The components work together, which is where most of the value comes from. If your situation calls for something outside that scope, we will discuss it during our initial conversation and quote it separately. Custom or partial work is not automatically included in the pilot.
Yes. Each AI agent is available as a standalone monthly service for businesses that want a focused solution without a full Growth System. Visit the AI Agent Suite page to see all six agents and their monthly prices.
The assistant is configured to handle a defined set of questions for your business. When something falls outside that scope, it directs the person to a staff member or a contact form rather than guessing. We review responses during setup and check in regularly, if something isn't working correctly, we adjust it.
Your monthly plan rate is fixed. Text message, email, telephone, and additional usage charges vary by volume and are explained in your customer agreement before the project starts. We do not add usage charges without telling you what to expect.
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your customer data (contacts, conversations, and collected records) can be exported and is yours to keep.
The website, AI tools, automations, and workflows Carolina AI Lab built for you remain with Carolina AI Lab and are not transferred as part of cancellation. If you would like to discuss purchasing your website after cancelling, reach out and we can talk through options.
